Gather your people - friends, family, neighbours of the like, find the place you want to do your training (may be your home living room, may be somewhere tropical or European, or anything in between), and I bring my years of curating trainings, yoga manual and offer you all I’ve got.

I have been curating Yoga Trainings, programs and experiences for 10 years now. I have taught month long intensives in places like India and Thailand, I have taught local trainings that have run anywhere from four to nine months long, I have taught entire trainings online and I have taught hybrids. I have taught trainings with me as the solo teacher, I have curated trainings with a myriad of guest teachers and I have co-facilitated trainings with a colleague. My experience is quite vast in the realm of trainings and I believe curation is what I do best. I see what needs to be taught in order to be a great teacher and I teach what I am best at and am very willing to call in guest teachers when I think someone else could facilitate a certain topic with much more prestige than I could.

What you get:

• A training that is much more affordable, the more bodies you gather, the cheaper it is for each of you.

• A training that is curated to your interests. If you want to focus your training on hatha yoga, meditation, breath work and how to utilize props to support your asana, we can do that. If you and your group are more interested in a Vinyasa/hatha-flow style and want to learn to safely do and teach inversions and intelligent transitions, we can tailor the training to that. If you are more interested in anatomy, philosophy or women’s health for example , we can tailor the training to that.

• You and your group can decide the schedule. Do you want it to be a year long program or only a few months? Do you want to go away somewhere tropical together and do a 3 week immersive or keep it at home to save costs. We can do whatever you like.

  ***Please note anywhere outside of Edmonton will hold additional charges of my flight/fuel, accommodation, travel insurance and any necessary visas above the Teaching cost.

• You can decide if you would like the training to be live in person, online, or a hybrid of both.

• You get to have an intimate and rather deep experience with your people. You get to expand and grow together and lean on each other for support throughout.

• Opportunity to shift up the schedule if the original one is not working out or something comes up (within reason). This will not be wishy washy, but intelligently navigated through communication.

• 5 people = $10, 000

• 10 people = $15, 000

• 20 people = $22, 500
